How to Schedule the use of Facilities at EVHS
Any student group and/or club on campus may use the forms below to schedule an event on campus. There is no fee for student groups to use EVHS Facilities.
Any outside group must contact Mr. Tomlinson directly for the proper forms and fee information for using EVHS Facilities.
If your student group is using a facility and/or having a fundraiser you MUST completely fill out the Event Request form and follow all directions therein. Advisers please check the EVHS Facilities calendar to make sure your dates and venue are available BEFORE submitting your request.
Please submit all forms AT LEAST two weeks prior to the event you wish to host.
You will receive a School Loop message on the status of your request.
If you plan to use the theater you MUST schedule sound booth technicians via Mr. Chavez and provide proof of their schedule before your event will be approved.
