If you have experienced a vending machine malfunction on EVHS' campus please fill out THIS FORM. You will be contacted via School Loop to obtain your refund.

East Side Union High School District has a great opportunity to receive an additional $5 million in general fund money through the Local Control Funding Formula - otherwise known as the LCFF.  To qualify for this money the District must have 55% or greater free and reduced meal applications on file.  The District can meet this number if all parents who qualify turn in an application.  These forms can be found at your school site administration building,in the kitchen or attached below.  If you need assistance filling out the application, please contact Sonia Vargas at 408-347-5217 or come to the Education Center located at 830 N Capitol Avenue San Jose, CA.  Applications are available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. 

Some advantages when you qualify for the meal program are:

  • A nutritious breakfast and lunch
  • SAT and PSAT fee waivers
  • AP fee reduction
  • College application fee waiver
  • Reduced cost laptop computer from Comcast
  • Reduced cost internet connection from Comcast and
